Booking with Heather:
Heather charges a rate of $200/hr with a 1hr min. Rates apply to the length of your booked appointment. Heather normally books in advance and it is recommended to submit an intake form here at the bottom of this page for review. Preference in bookings are given to clients who are finishing projects already started and projects of interest. Currently preference will be given to projects with the following content; mythology, gods and godesses, dark arts, blackwork, pattern work, wicca and witchcraft, nature themes, wild animal portraits, and pet portraits. Often there are more requests for appointments than there are available time slots, therefore not everyone will make it in for the season being booked. If your project is selected you will be informed that you will be added to the call list for the following season. New projects submitted will be selected on a project by project basis. I encourage everyone to take a look at her portfolios to see if her style of work lends itself to the type of project you are looking for. If you did not make it into the schedule please be patient, it does not mean she is uninterested; she just did not have space in the schedule at that time and I encourage clients to check back and resubmit an intake form if it has been a while. She is always interested in new projects and new clients! All of her work is hand drawn without the use of computer drawing programs. Heather is currently not accepting Lettering, Tribal, portraits of the human variety.
Booking with Abby:
Abby is currently accepting appointments for tattoo projects at the rate of $150/hr -$100min. Abby offers a large selection of her own flash art and will take other projects on as well. Abby has her own unique illustrative style, be sure to check out her portfolio to make sure her style of work lends itself to the type of project you are looking for. Booking with Jane:
Jane is currently accepting appointments for tattoo projects at the rate of $100/hr -$100min. Jane offers a large selection of her own flash art and will create custom tattoo designs as well. Jane has her own unique illustrative style, be sure to check out her portfolio to make sure her style of work lends itself to the type of project you are looking for. Appointment policies:
Please familiarize yourself with the artists portfolio and understand that any work completed will be in their signature style and look similar to the style that is in their portfolio. There are some styles that we are not comfortable with and do not specialize in. we will let you know if what you are looking for would be better done by another artist. You will be contacted when your intake form is received from the website asap. It may take a few days as we are sometimes out of the studio.
Consultations:
Most consultations are managed via email or via Zoom. Sometimes projects that are complex (scar tissue, coverups, work-arounds, Etc.) may require an in-person consultation. This will be determined by the artist. Consultations are always free of charge.
Artistic integrity and freedom:
Designs are created for you by us and we ask for creative freedom with design elements. The client picks the content, or the elements to be included in the piece and the artist designs them in a way that is visually pleasing and in their signature style. We will not copy other tattoo work or designs. Feel free to send us pictures for inspiration and reference but know they will not be copied directly. All artwork is the property of the artist, who retains all copy rights of the design and exclusive rights to use and create works from the design.
Appointments:
If you are booked for an appointment please know you are booked for the concept submitted in the intake form, if your tattoo concept takes a different direction you will need to resubmit with the new concept for artist approval. An appointment must be made before any custom drawings are done. Drawings are not started until the day prior to the appointment. custom artwork for your appointment will be presented at your first appointment. take the time to let you look over the artwork and if needed, feel free to make any changes needed with your artist. our main concern is that you truly resonate with the design. we do not charge a fee to create a custom drawing for your project, however we will charge for any time needed to make revisions. Because of this, Its very important to be clear as possible at the time of your consultation.
Cancellations:
~If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please reschedule or cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to that appointment via email at heather@eternalalchemytattoo.com If you do not cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.00 payable at the next session.
