Heather Smith

Thank you so much for checking out my custom portfolio! I have a masters degree in art from the University of Iowa where I also taught sculpture and figure modeling. My work in sculpture has been published internationally and my work in tattoo art has also been published in International Tattoo Art Magazine. I find the art form of tattoo the most challenging and rewarding of any artistic medium. I am truly honored to do this work for my clients because it allows me to create fantastic imagery for them that they will wear and enjoy for a lifetime!

I work with my clients in a variety of styles. There are certain styles of work that I excel in and encourage clients to view my custom portfolio to see if what I offer is what they are looking for. Currently preference will be given to projects with the following content; mythology, gods and godesses, dark arts, blackwork, pattern work, wicca and witchcraft, nature themes, wild animal portraits, and pet portraits. All of my work is hand drawn without the use of computer drawing programs. I work equally in black and grey as well as color. I also enjoy the challenge of complex cover up projects. I am currently not taking family Portrait or lettering work.

Due to my busy schedule, I am only available by appointment and book in advance. Please do not let this deter you as I am always looking for unique new projects.
